Carolina Tiger Rescue, formerly the Carnivore Preservation Trust, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit wildlife sanctuary whose mission is saving and protecting wild cats in captivity and in the wild.

Carolina Tiger Rescue is open to the public for guided tours, by reservation only.

Matchmaker lions: How a group of cubs brought couple together

The story of Ben and Michelle, and how they met each other at the Ukutula Lion Park in South Africa. The couple raised lion cubs together and grew closer to each other as well.

Ukutula Lion Park is primarily a lodge that offers opportunities to hold wildcat cubs, marketing itself as an eco-tourism destination.

Carolina Tiger Rescue has a no-touch policy with its animals, respecting that they are wild and dangerous. Carolina Tiger is also opposed to the breeding of designer breeds such as the white lions mentioned in this article.
