Carolina Tiger Rescue, formerly the Carnivore Preservation Trust, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit wildlife sanctuary whose mission is saving and protecting wild cats in captivity and in the wild.

Carolina Tiger Rescue is open to the public for guided tours, by reservation only.

Fair takes a walk on the wild side

A presentation at the Dodge County Fair in Scribner, NE allowed members of the audience to interact with wild animals, including an African serval and a kinkajou.

Wildlife Encounters provides presentations for schools and occasionally for fairs.

Despite their small size, Carolina Tiger Rescue considers kinkajous as Level 4 animals (the most aggressive level) due to the species' tendency to bite. Carolina Tiger is opposed to the use of wild animals for purposes other than education or breeding in accordance with Species Survival and Population Management Plans.
